Our privacy policy applies to all newbie users accessing our platform from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, and other supported regions. We handle your data in compliance with applicable data-protection laws and our internal security standards. This notice explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.
By creating a newbie account, you consent to the data practices described below. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.
What Data We Collect on newbie
When you register on newbie, we collect your email address, chosen username, and password. During your first deposit or withdrawal, we collect identity information—a photo of your government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or license) and proof of address (utility bill, rental agreement, or government document). We also collect payment details: your bank account number or e-wallet ID depending on which method you use (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet).
We collect transactional data: every bet you place, every game you play, every deposit and withdrawal. We log your IP address, device type (Android, iOS, desktop), session timestamps, and geolocation (to verify you are in a jurisdiction where newbie operates). We do not collect your browsing history outside newbie or personal information you do not voluntarily provide. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites; our cookies are functional only—they store your session ID and language preference while you are logged in on newbie.
Identity Verification on newbie
We collect identity documents to comply with legal requirements and to prevent account fraud. Your KTP or passport is scanned and stored encrypted. Your proof of address is stored encrypted separately. We do not store these documents in plaintext; they are encrypted at rest and accessible only to our compliance team during account verification or regulatory audits. After seven years, we delete your identity documents, though we retain a flag indicating that verification was completed.
We Never Sell Your Data
We at newbie do not sell, lease, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketers. Your account information, payment details, and game history remain private. The only third parties who access your data are payment processors (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, etc.) and regulators (when legally required).
How We Use Your Data
We use your email to send account notifications (login alerts, withdrawal confirmations, promotional updates). You can disable marketing emails in your account settings; transactional emails (deposits, withdrawals, dispute resolutions) cannot be disabled as they are essential to account operation.
We use your identity documents and payment details to verify your identity and prevent account fraud. We share these with payment processors only to complete transactions. We do not share them with other vendors.
We use your transactional data to detect suspicious patterns. If we notice unusual activity—large withdrawals after account opening, rapid bet-and-withdrawal cycles, or multiple failed login attempts—we may freeze your account pending investigation. We use your geolocation data to confirm you are accessing newbie from a jurisdiction where we operate. If you access from a prohibited jurisdiction, we restrict your account.
Data Retention on Our newbie Platform
We retain your account balance and transaction history for as long as your account is active and for seven years after closure. We retain identity documents for seven years for regulatory compliance, then delete them. We retain login IP addresses and session logs for two years for security audits. Payment processor records (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment settlements) are retained according to each processor's schedule, typically three to seven years. We do not retain deleted messages or deactivated account history; once an account is closed, historical session logs are archived and not accessible to you.
